Once a customer place an order then our executive will call you to ask delivery location.

Overview

Delivery

We use our  delivery partner. On confirmation of the order by the customer, we shall deliver the products to the location of the customer. The cost of the delivery shall be borne by customer if he is in free plan or delivery will be free if he has a membership card or scheme activated. The customer shall be present at the location at the time of delivery agreed between us and the customer. In case the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery the customer shall appoint a representative for taking delivery of the products and the same shall be communicated to us prior to the delivery. We will only deliver to the doorstep on the ground floor of the home and don’t deliver inside building or further floor which are accesed via elevator of stairs of the building

Return and refund

If any product delivered by us is found to be damaged, the customer should call us so that we can look into matter  and seek another product (with the same specifications). Please note that in case you receive a damaged product please notify us with a video proof.. Multiple returns in a month and non compliance to our condition will lead to termination of our membership and services to your location.

3. Once you make full payment then we will dispatch your products

4. You will receive your products if order is COD then make payment

No we don't deliver on night

No your family member cal also take delivery if presented a proof of our valid ID or membership card.
